For no other reason than I was in somewhat of a holiday rush, I did this workout this afternoon. It is the unsweetened condensed milk of workouts. It doesn't look or sound like much, but try to keep it all down.
After a warmup I did the first one in 3:31 and then after another 10' of aimlessly wandering the track and thinking that this really isn't such a great idea, I did 3:36. Okay times for November.
