On Wednesday, I'd like to do a longer interval set. Something like this: 10 minute warmup. Then four sets of these: 5 min 32 SPM at 5 K tempo 8 min easy row
Thoughts?

By the way, on further reflection, after trying top erg the day after, I can say quite confidently that I am TIRED!!!
Next week: 2 X 10 mins!
