lest we should grow too fond of it. Yeah, I started doing the Wolverine Plan (and after last Saturday I looked for an App. State Mountaineer Plan). I did a Level 4 which is slow stroke rates and concentration on power. I did 7 X 6' periods. The six minute periods were 2' @ stroke rate (spm) 16, 2' @18 spm, and 2'@20 spm. The total strokes for the 6' was 108 and the average distance covered 1332 m.
If you do this workout, give yourself 5-10' of warmup and then set the worktime for 6' and the rest time for 10-15" Use those seconds to drink water and mutter.
